Brett Giza - Principal
Brett Giza is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a bachelor’s degree in Finance. He joined ECS Financial Services, Inc. in 2001 later became a CPA in 2002. In addition Mr. Giza has been a registered real estate agent since 2003 and currently holds a Managing Broker designation with the National Association of Realtors. After joining ECS Financial Services, he quickly saw an opportunity in web and application development. He worked closely with the managing partner, Samuel N. Oliva, and Daniel Levin in creating a new division of ECS Financial Services Inc. operating under the name Liventus Inc.
While managing Liventus Inc. operations, Mr. Giza has spearheaded the organization's growth to multiple teams of developers, detailed and systematic hiring processes, development and consulting of various successful web properties exceeding 5 million in annual sales. In addition Mr. Giza was instrumental in managing and opening an office in Bangalore India to further expand our team of growing custom application developers.
In addition to researching and implementing numerous successful application development teams, Mr. Giza has been instrumental to the growth of Liventus. Mr. Giza was integral in the acquisition of a handful of companies and managed the process of integrating these new entities into the current organization which included transferring all assets, migrating all data and job functions, creating systems to streamline and automate over fifty percent of the work that was previously done manually. These acquisitions often include setting up new entities and processes as well as researching the entity assets and locating underutilized to and turn then into additional revenue while minimizing operating costs, and thus increasing profitability.
Mr. Giza serves the firm and his clients by offering expert guidance in many important areas such as contract negotiation, strategic business planning, reviewing and automation of business processes, financial negotiation, talent acquisition, custom application development, eCommerce, and mergers and acquisitions.
