    I don’t see this option anywhere, but before I go to Plan B, I wanted to ask. We have a year-long signup (i.e. there are tasks for each week of the year September through May). Is there a way to hide past tasks rather than just have them show as “closed”? My Plan B (depending on the sign-up’s needs) are either 1. delete the expired tasks (time consuming and the signups are gone) or 2. move past tasks to the bottom of the list (still as cluttered but easier to quickly get to the current ones, time consuming but signups are not lost).

    Thanks.

    Hi Katie,
    We don’t have a setting to hide tasks, however, if you are comfortable making small CSS changes, you can add some CSS to your theme to hide them from displaying on the frontend. You can use the code below. Let me know if you have any other questions.
    Thanks,

    .dls-sus-task-expired {
    display: none;
    }

    Hello, I would also love to hide past tasks.
    But I don’t fully understand how to make this css change.
    Is there someone I can call for help?

    Hi Regan,
    Unfortunately, we don’t offer support on making CSS changes to your theme. We will consider adding a feature to hide tasks.
    Thanks,
