Last updated: October 26, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Liventus, Inc. ("Liventus," "we," "us") collects, uses and discloses personal information through www.liventus.com and jobs.liventus.com (the "Sites"). It does not cover information we collect offline or through client engagements, which are governed by our agreements with those clients.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit a contact form, request a meeting, or apply for a job, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company, job title, and anything you include in your message or application.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Sites, our partners and we collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, time on site, and how you interact with pages (clicks, scrolls, and mouse movement). We collect this through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies described below.
Cookies and tracking technologies
We use the following third-party tools. Analytics, advertising, and session-recording tools load only after you accept them in our cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time through Cookie Settings in the footer.
Google Analytics (Google LLC). Measures site traffic and how visitors use pages. Category: Analytics.
Google Ads (Google LLC). Measures responses to our ads and builds audiences for ads on other sites. Category: Advertising.
LinkedIn Insight Tag (LinkedIn Corporation). Measures responses to our LinkedIn ads, reports aggregate visitor demographics, and builds audiences for ads on LinkedIn. Category: Advertising.
Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation). Records anonymized session data and heatmaps showing how visitors move through pages, so we can improve the site. Form entries are masked and not recorded. Category: Session recording.
Framer (Framer B.V.). Hosts the Sites and provides basic page analytics. Category: Strictly necessary / Analytics.
Google, LinkedIn, and Microsoft may combine information they collect on our Sites with information they hold from other sites and services, under their own privacy policies: Google, LinkedIn, Microsoft. You can also block cookies in your browser settings; some site features may not work as a result.
How we use information
We use personal information to respond to inquiries and schedule meetings; evaluate job applicants; send updates about Liventus services, which you can unsubscribe from at any time using the link in each email; measure and improve the Sites; measure and target our advertising; protect the Sites against fraud and abuse; and meet legal obligations.
How we disclose information
Service providers that host the Sites, run our customer relationship management system (Microsoft Dynamics 365) and email systems, and support recruiting, under contracts that limit their use of the data to providing services to us.
Advertising and analytics partners (Google and LinkedIn), if you accept advertising cookies. Under California law, this disclosure may be a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.
Affiliates, including L2 Software Development India Private Limited, which supports Liventus operations.
Legal and safety, when required by law or needed to protect our rights, users, or others.
Corporate transactions, if Liventus is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information, and we turn off advertising cookies for that browser. We do not respond to other "Do Not Track" browser signals because no common industry standard for them exists. Third parties such as Google and LinkedIn may collect information about your activity over time and across websites when advertising cookies are enabled.
Retention
We retain inquiry and contact information for up to three years after our last interaction with you, job applications for up to three years after the position is filled, and analytics data for up to 14 months. Session recordings are kept for up to 30 days. We keep information longer when the law requires it.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended ("CCPA"), gives you the rights described below. This section supplements the rest of this policy.
Categories collected in the last 12 months: identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address, cookie IDs); professional or employment-related information (company, title, application materials); and internet or other electronic network activity (pages viewed, interactions with the Sites). We do not collect sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you. Sources, purposes, and recipients are described above.
Sale and sharing. In the last 12 months, we disclosed identifiers and internet activity to Google and LinkedIn for advertising purposes, which may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" under the CCPA. We do not sell or share information we know belongs to anyone under 16. To opt out, click Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information in the footer of any page, or turn on GPC in your browser.
Service providers. In the last 12 months, we disclosed identifiers, professional information, and internet activity to service providers for hosting, analytics, email, and recruiting.
Your rights. You may request to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose about you; to delete it; to correct it; and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
How to submit a request. Email info@liventus.com or call toll-free 855-345-1395. We will verify your identity by matching the information you provide with what we hold on file. An authorized agent may submit a request for you with your written permission. We respond within 45 days and may extend by an additional 45 days with notice.
Children
The Sites are intended for business audiences and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
We will update this policy when our practices change and revise the date at the top. Material changes will be noted on this page.
