Liventus at ELFA 61st Annual Convention, 2022

Dan and Danielle at ELFA annual convention

Liventus recently attended the ELFA 61st Annual Convention, 2022, held at the JW Marriott, Orlando, FL. Initially planned for Marco Island, the tradeshow was seamlessly moved to Orlando due to the hurricane. The event was spread over three days from October 09 – 11, 2022, to reunite and reconnect the industry leaders to exchange and reflect upon best practices for innovating, winning business, and leading in an age of rapid change.

We set up a physical booth at the convention as part of our Business Development initiatives. This time, we went ahead with a brand-new booth design highlighting our three mainstream services – Custom Software Development, Implementations and Integrations, and Staff Augmentation. Danielle Dolloff, EVP of sales and marketing, and Dan Levin, President, were at the booth and helped attendees discover the power of BI and automation and the importance of incorporating it into their business strategy within the Leasing and Fintech industry.

The theme of this year’s convention was “Welcoming Change as Opportunity.” No one can afford to stand still in today’s rapidly evolving marketplace. The most successful equipment finance organizations are leveraging new developments in the market. The conference started with a ‘Build a guitar’ competition as part of a community service project where all the participants built guitars donated to a local elementary school.

The conference gave access to high-quality educational sessions, unparalleled networking opportunities, and a fantastic lineup of keynote speakers. There was also a President’s report and keynote session by Peter Zeihan, a renowned Geopolitical Strategist. He deep-dived into the current geopolitical climate – the Ukraine war, China, demographic shifts, and its effects on the leasing and fintech industry. The conference gave access to high-quality educational sessions, unparalleled networking opportunities, and a fantastic lineup of keynote speakers.

This three-day convention with an 80s-themed closing party with arcade video games, foosball, skeeball, and other fun activities, along with video game-themed music. The conference proved to be highly beneficial. Our experts met industry insiders, leasing companies, and service providers to prepare for what’s coming next.
