Pivoting with Our Customers
Due to the unprecedented spread of COVID-19, our thoughts go out to those who have been affected. With the needs of the world rapidly changing, we’ve been helping our customers pivot their strategies to help their businesses in this critical time.
City Threads is an online kid’s apparel retailer who offers made in the US clothing that puts comfort first. To help their customers reduce the risk of infection, City Threads recently launched a line of cotton face masks. We helped them get their new product online quickly and are proud of how they stepped up and we’ve seen a significant positive response from these new products.
A leader in the natural health products industry, Fruitful Yield has seen increased demand in the past month as customers are looking for supplements to boost immunity. In order to fulfill that demand and keep their employees and customers safe, we helped launch a “buy online, pick up in-store” functionality to their online store. We moved quickly to help get this functionality up and running faster than originally planned.
An Amusement Equipment Company adds B2C
One of our customers is the premier worldwide distributor of family amusement, vending, parts, service, and licensed product. Working primarily through brick and mortar retailers that have been forced to close due to COVID-19, they needed to act fast. We quickly helped them launch a direct to consumer element of their business, so their customers can continue to access their products directly via an eCommerce site.
As we’ve always done, we’ve been able to help these clients rapidly pivot their business models in order to respond to the quickly changing environment around us. We assume this is just the beginning of our ever-changing reality and anticipate our clients will continue to have new needs and we will be here to continue to help them as they navigate uncertainty in the business climate.
